Demonstration Purpose
- Our demonstrations are casual, 15-30 minute events designed to
introduce you to
SAP Crystal Server
- Ask all your questions on what the SAP Crystal Server can do for your
organization
- Watch us schedule a Crystal Report showing some of the various
scheduling features such as:
- Recurrence Options (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly and using
calendars)
- Filtering
- Prompting (using parameters)
- Format Type (select various formats such as PDF, Word, Excel,
etc.)
- Destination - determine where the report will be sent via email,
folder, ftp or user portal BI Inbox)
- Watch us run and schedule reports via the secure user portal (BI
Launchpad)
Demonstration Requirements
- Internet connection (DSL or better)
- Telephone to dial into the conference call where you can interact with the demo instructor and hear others ask questions
- Download a free copy of GotoMeeting (similar to WebEx) software to
watch the demonstration. We will send a email with instructions
on how to download GotoMeeting
- VOIP is also available. Headset with microphone using a USB connection recommended
